I'm Ella, a Resourcer at Venatu Automotive. I work closely with the recruitment team to source and connect skilled vehicle technicians with job opportunities across the UK. My role involves identifying potential candidates, building relationships, and supporting the recruitment process to match the right people with the right roles. I'm looking forward to developing my knowledge of the industry, building strong relationships, and continuing to grow within my role.
