The Venatu HR Hub is designed to keep us connected with our clients and candidates by sharing clear, practical updates on key HR developments. While our initial focus is on the Employment Rights Act 2025 as it moves into implementation following Royal Assent on 18 December 2025, the Hub will also feature insights on wider HR trends, compliance changes, and best practice.
Meet Amy Scargill, Venatu’s HR Manager
I am Amy Scargill, Venatu’s HR Manager. With over 20 years of HR experience, including five years in global leadership roles, I am here to make HR simple, supportive and accessible for everyone.
My expertise covers recruitment, compliance and complex projects such as TUPE transfers and restructures. At Venatu, we prioritise worker welfare and are proud to hold a GLAA licence and be members of the Association of Labour Providers (ALP). This ensures ethical recruitment practices and full compliance with industry standards.
