Daily Workshop Quality Oversight:

• Conducting final quality checks on completed vehicles before they are cleared for customer collection - verifying that the job card's work scope has been completed fully, that any additional work identified and authorised has been completed, that the vehicle is clean, that the correct service indicator has been reset and that no new defect has been introduced during the workshop visit

• Supporting the Workshop Manager with the development planning for each technician in the team, identifying training needs through observation of work quality, discussing development ambitions with individual technicians and flagging candidates within the team whose capability and attitude make them ready for the next step - toward a Senior Vehicle Technician appointment or beyond
