Hard and Semi-Hard Interior Trim Installation:

• Removing and refitting door card trim panels, dashboard face trims, centre console components and pillar trims using the correct removal tools and replacement clip or fixing systems, ensuring every panel is seated correctly against its mounting points with no visible gap, alignment deviation or surface damage caused during the removal and refitting process
• Cutting, shaping and fitting headlining boards to the vehicle's roof structure, managing the board's alignment across the curve of the roof, applying adhesive or fixing systems correctly to prevent sag, wrinkle or edge lifting and ensuring all apertures - sunroof, assist handle, interior light and visor mounting - are correctly located before the board is committed to its final position
