Complex Fault Diagnosis and Technical Escalation:

  • Handling escalated fault diagnosis referrals from the PSV workshop team, taking on vehicles where the initial technician has been unable to identify root cause through standard diagnostic procedures and applying advanced fault-tracing technique, oscilloscope analysis, data logging and engineering judgement to isolate and resolve the fault
