What the Role Involves

Scheduled Preventive Maintenance:

• Carrying out manufacturer-scheduled preventive maintenance services on excavators, telehandlers, rough terrain forklifts, dumpers, access platforms, articulated dump trucks and other plant equipment allocated to the workshop's maintenance programme, completing engine servicing, hydraulic fluid and filter services, cooling system maintenance, air filter replacement and all associated service items within the manufacturer's service schedule
• Inspecting hydraulic cylinders, hose assemblies, quick-hitch mechanisms, slew ring bearings and associated coupling components for wear, leakage and security, replacing worn or damaged items within the manufacturer's service life guidance
