Breakdown Response and Roadside Repair:

• Responding to breakdown callouts from fleet operators, drivers and breakdown management services, travelling to the incident location and assessing the vehicle's defect quickly and accurately to determine whether a roadside repair is possible or whether the vehicle requires recovery
