Mobile Panel Beater
Location: Slough (travelling to other site in the south)
Salary: £54,600 per annum (£21 per hour) with a salary increase available following successful completion of probation
Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 5:00pm

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Panel Beater to join a busy and growing automotive repair operation, supporting multiple sites across the South of England.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater who enjoys working in different environments, has strong technical skills and is confident travelling as part of their role.
Key responsibilities will include
- Carrying out panel repairs and replacements to a high standard.
- Repairing damaged vehicle bodywork using appropriate repair methods.
- Stripping and refitting vehicle components where required.
- Carrying out MET work, including doors, front-end components and other associated parts.
- Welding and securely bonding replacement panels and components.
- Applying fillers and sealants to prepare repaired areas for paint.
- Working on modern Hybrid and EV vehicles using the correct repair procedures.
- Ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently and within agreed timescales.
- Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Looking after tools and equipment and ensuring they are safe and fit for use.
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
- Working closely with teams at different locations to help maintain workflow and productivity.
- Following all relevant health and safety procedures.
Travel Requirements
You will be required to travel between sites throughout the Southern region, which may include:
Slough, Eastleigh, Chandlers Ford, Portsmouth, Eastbourne, Shoreham, Poole, Bournemouth and Basingstoke.
The successful candidate must be comfortable with regular travel and occasional overnight stays.
When an overnight stay is required, accommodation will be provided along with a £30 daily allowance for food and drink.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an automotive repair or accident repair environment.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques.
- Experience working on Hybrid and EV vehicles.
- Good MET/strip and refit experience.
- Confident with welding, bonding, fillers and sealants.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Comfortable working across different locations and adapting to different workshop environments.
- Strong team-working skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Southern region.
