Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 per year

Your Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged vehicles and produce accurate repair estimates.
- Assess vehicle damage in line with insurance and manufacturer repair methods.
- Liaise with insurance companies, engineers and customers throughout the repair process.
- Prepare repair schedules using industry estimating systems.
- Identify additional damage and submit supplementary estimates where required.
- Work closely with the workshop team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Deliver excellent customer service while managing repairs from assessment through to completion.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA), Estimator or Bodyshop Estimator.
- Experience working within an insurance accident repair environment.
- Knowledge of vehicle construction and modern repair techniques.
- Experience using estimating systems such as Audatex, GT Motive or Autoflow is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- ATA Accreditation is desirable but not essential.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
