Used Car Sales Controller
Location: Chippenham (Wiltshire)
Salary: Up to £25,000 + Bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm) Every 2 nd Saturday till 12:30pm
Contract type: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced and driven Used Car Sales Controller to join a busy dealership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong automotive sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to motivate a sales team to deliver outstanding results.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and oversee the daily running of the sales department
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving targets and maximising profitability
- Manage and motivate the sales team
- Help close deals and ensure excellent customer service
- Ensure finance, compliance, and FCA procedures are followed
- Monitor stock, pricing, and vehicle preparation processes
Skills Required:
- Previous experience in automotive sales is essential
- Experience as a Sales Controller or Senior Sales Executive preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Target-driven with a proven sales record
- Full UK driving licence required
