An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated Car Sales Executive to join a busy, high performing automotive dealership in Oldbury.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Automotive Sales Executive, Vehicle Sales Executive or Motor Trade Sales Executive looking to maximise earnings within a fast paced dealership environment offering uncapped commission and genuine career progression.
Working within a high volume car dealership, the successful candidate will manage the full sales process, from initial customer enquiry through to vehicle handover, while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving strong sales results.
Motor trade experience is highly desirable, however applications are also welcomed from high performing sales professionals from other industries who can demonstrate strong communication skills, drive and the ability to work in a target driven sales environment.
Car Sales Executive Role and Responsibilities
Managing the full vehicle sales process from enquiry to delivery
Selling new and used vehicles
Upselling finance, insurance products and additional vehicle packages
Handling high volumes of showroom and online enquiries
Building strong customer relationships and repeat business
Working towards vehicle sales and finance targets
Delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the buying journey

What We Are Looking For
Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive, Automotive Sales Executive, Vehicle Sales Executive or similar sales background preferred
Strong customer service and relationship building skills
Confident communicator with a professional approach
Driven, organised and target focused
Ability to thrive in a busy motor trade environment
Full UK driving licence
Weekend availability is essential
