Key responsibilities
• Carry out high quality panel repairs on a variety of vehicles
• Remove and refit damaged panels and components
• Realign chassis and body structures using appropriate tools and equipment
• Repair dents, scratches, and structural damage
• Work to manufacturer and insurance standards
• Ensure all work is completed within set timeframes
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
Skills and experience required
• Proven experience working as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
• Strong knowledge of panel repair techniques, tools, and equipment
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• ATA or NVQ qualification preferred but not essential with strong experience
• Full UK driving licence preferred
Desirable requirments:
• Experience working on premium or high end vehicle brands
