Fleet Coordinator
6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
We are seeking an organised and proactive Fleet Coordinator to support our fleet and depot operations on a 6-month contract basis. This role will focus on accident management, vehicle repairs coordination, contractor liaison, and fleet system administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end accident process, including system updates and investigations

Arrange vehicle inspections and repairs

Act as a key contact for drivers, contractors, and suppliers

Maintain accurate records using the fleet management system

Order stock and support contract administration

Verify fleet-related financial information and recharges
About You:

Experience in fleet, transport, or operational administration

Strong organisational and communication skills

Confident using management systems and Microsoft Office

High attention to detail, particularly with financial data
