We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy automotive team in Middlesbrough. This Parts Advisor role is ideal for someone organised, customer-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced environment. As a Parts Advisor, you will support the workshop and customers by ensuring parts are supplied quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
Key responsibilities for the Parts Advisor include:
- Providing excellent customer service and parts support
- Processing orders, invoices, and stock requests accurately
- Managing stock levels and liaising with suppliers
- Supporting technicians and retail customers with parts enquiries
- Promoting additional products and upselling where appropriate
- Maintaining a clean, organised parts department
The successful Parts Advisor will have strong communication skills, good IT knowledge, and the ability to work well within a busy team environment. Previous automotive or parts industry experience would be preferred; however, full training will be provided for the right Parts Advisor candidate with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
